Falling, falling, slowly blowing in the wind like dandelions in in the frigid air across mountains of Swarovski crystals fraught with perfect pearls.
Frozen tears from the angels up above blanket the earth in layers of treacherous beauty. Slipping and sliding all over the road, blaring trumpets like Gabriel blowing his horn.
Boots crunch glistening diamonds on the pavement into millions of glass shards stained with the remnants of the day. Footprints and paw prints litter the streets like imprints on a memory foam mattress.
Rays of gold gild the clouds in shadows of bright light that later melt away the residue of yesterday. Once white fields like marshmallows and cool whip stained with traces of caramel and chocolate like sundaes made of snow.

A Snowy Afternoon
by Mr. Hockwater
Falling, falling, slowly blowing
in the wind like dandelions in
in the frigid air across mountains
of Swarovski crystals fraught with
perfect pearls.
Frozen tears from the angels up above
blanket the earth in layers of treacherous
beauty. Slipping and sliding all over
the road, blaring trumpets like Gabriel
blowing his horn.
Boots crunch glistening diamonds
on the pavement into millions of
glass shards stained with
the remnants of the day. Footprints
and paw prints litter the streets
like imprints on a memory foam mattress.
Rays of gold gild the clouds in
shadows of bright light that later
melt away the residue of yesterday.
Once white fields like marshmallows
and cool whip stained with traces of
caramel and chocolate like sundaes
made of snow.
